Rabbington, Whogohost, NIRA Train Businesses At “Boost Your Business” Free Training

Boost your Business free training for businesses held on the 20th of April 2018 at NiRA Office Complex Iponri-Surulere. Rabbington Media, one of the Partners, under the Boost your business initiative supported by Facebook, trained SMEs, and business owners on the plethora of opportunities available for businesses online.

In spite of the heavy rain, the trainees showed up for the training enthusiastic and hungry to learn. At the end of the training, they had great things to say which gave warmed our hearts.

What Did The Trainees Learn From The Boost Your Business Training?

Business owners were thought how to carve a niche for their businesses, promote their businesses on Facebook and reach their target audience. Whogohost and NiRA collaborated with Rabbington media to offer her clients this training for FREE.

The trainees learned how to transform their businesses, giving it a competitive edge. They learned the rules of creating great content that their customers will love, gained an introduction to online marketing and more.

The 5-hour session was taken by Edache Obe who has been trained by Facebook to carry out this training. He gave them all the basic knowledge that they need to boost their business online.

The atmosphere was livened up with group activities and games and a steaming bowl of delicious jollof rice! They were brainstorming sessions where participants had to come up with a different business plan and how they intend to push it to the public and ways that they can sell and remain relevant in their space.

 

Kemi Adepoju, Head of Business Development NIRA talked about the importance of the . NG domain name, the benefits, rules, and history. The sessions were very engaging as participants asked various questions relating to growing their business. They asked questions about the various .ng domain extensions and questions related to Whogohost’s products and services.
